Jason Todd, also known as Red Hood, is an anti-hero vigilante member of the Bat Family and the Outlaws. He is the son of the late Willis Todd and the late Sheila Haywood, step-son of the late Catherine Todd, and adopted son of Bruce Wayne. Through his adopted father, Jason is the adopted brother of Dick Grayson, Cassandra Cain, Tim Drake, and Damian Wayne. His is also the adopted second cousin of Kate Kane. Further unofficially adopted members of his family include Stephanie Brown, Barbara Gordon, and Duke Thomas.
Jason was the second Robin after Dick became Nightwing and Batman was in need of a new sidekick. He was trained by Bruce and worked with him as his partner, protecting Gotham City until his untimely death at the hands of The Joker. Jason was later ressurected by a Lazarus Pit and then trained further with the League of Assasins.
Eventually, Jason returned to Gotham City under the new alias of Red Hood. He uses more lethal methods to fight crime despite Batman's disapproval.

Distinguishing Features
First thing most people tend to notice about Jason is his height. Standing at 6'3", Jason is currently the tallest of his siblings. He has dark hair with a section of white at the front which he guesses was a side effect from the Lazarus Pit. He has no intentions of dying it - he says it adds to his tragic backstory. Another side effect from the Lazarus Pit are his eyes. Once a vibrant pure blue, they now hold flecks of an unnatural bright green.

Powers & Abilities
Peak Human Condition
Through intense training, Jason's physical condition rivals and possibly exceeds that of an Olympic level athlete. His strength, speed, stamina, agility, reflexes, and coordination are at peak human perfection and has displayed on multiple occasions that he is quick enough to dodge point-blank gunfire. (Although, he would prefer you didn't shoot at him, thanks).
Detective
Due to training with Batman, Jason can easily paint a picture of a crime scene within moments of arriving on the scene. He is particularly good at determining which weapons were used based on the evidence around him. He is also highly skilled at forensics and investigating a crime scene that he was practically a walking CSI team at a very young age.
High Level Intellect
While not as academically smart as his adoptive father and brothers - dropping out of school due to being dead does kind of hinder one's education - Jason is still highly knowledgable in a number of areas. He is well-read and owns a whole plethora of books, including the works of Jane Austen.
Weaponary
If Jason picks up a weapon, he is generally able to figure out how it works quickly. He does, however, favour his dual handguns but he can virtually use any object as a weapon - such as, knives, a baseball bat, crowbars, and even a flag pole.
Deception & Disguise
Jason is a master in the art of deception that even Batman has admitted he is a very skilled liar. Because of his ability to deceive others, Jason is very apt in creating extremely convincing disguises.
Martial Arts
Over the years, Jason has trained with a number of the world's most skilled fighters - including Batman, Nightwing, Bronze Tiger, Lady Shiva, and the All-Caste. He is particularly skilled in Dim Mak - an ancient form of martial arts where you strike vital points of the opponent's body causing paralysis, intense and prolonged pain or death - and has been known to use eskrima on rare occassion.
